On December 19, 2020, in accordance with the announcement of Ukraine’s interagency commission on international trade on December 14, 2020, Ukraine made the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review affirmative final ruling on seamless stainless steel pipes originating in China.
The AD duty rate was maintained at 41.07%, which was determined on November 27, 2014, with a validity period of 5 years.
The announcement takes effect from the date of publication.
